About the Owner
My name is Adrian Sustaita, and I’m the owner of Mission Metalworks LLC. My journey into welding and fabrication began in my uncle’s mechanic shop, where I first learned the value of working with my hands and solving problems with practical skill. That early exposure to tools, repairs, and real-world craftsmanship sparked a lifelong passion for building things that last.
I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio, combining hands-on experience with technical knowledge. But Mission Metalworks wasn’t born in a classroom. It came to life through real jobs, tough projects, and the drive to create a business I could stand behind with pride.
Today, I specialize in custom metal fabrication and repair work, offering both mobile and in-shop services across San Antonio. Whether it’s structural work, creative builds, or one-off solutions, I approach every project with precision, clear communication, and respect for your time and budget.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time dancing salsa, lifting weights, and learning new skills to keep challenging myself. That same energy and discipline show up in how I run my business—focused, consistent, and committed to delivering results that speak for themselves.
