About the Owner
My name is Adrian Sustaita, and I’m the owner and operator of Mission Metalworks LLC. My journey into welding and fabrication started early—hands-on in my uncle’s mechanic shop, where I learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, and fixing things the right way. That curiosity and love for building evolved into a full-time profession backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of projects—from structural welding and mobile equipment repair to custom fabrication and detailed decorative work. No matter the project, big or small, I approach each job with the same mindset: show up, do the job right, and take pride in what you leave behind.
I started this business from the ground up—piece by piece—because I believe quality work should speak for itself. It’s more than just welding; it’s problem-solving, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering results that last.
When I’m not in the shop or on a job site, you’ll probably find me dancing salsa, weight training, or learning new skills to keep improving—not just in business, but in life. For me, discipline and consistency are everything, and that shows in the way I work with my clients and the projects I take on.
